About R2P-MW
Background
R2P-MW came into existence as a reaction to the military coup d'état that took place on 01 February 2021. It is an initiative by a group of expatriates from Myanmar who believe that peaceful demonstrations and CDM (Civil Disobedience Movement) alone are not enough to force the coup leaders to abandon their continuing (and failing) effort to gain absolute control of the country. We foresaw a need for external intervention, perhaps even resorting to sending private military contractors (PMC) into Myanmar. However, our overriding desire is to minimize casualties on both sides as our aim is to re-establish a path to democracy, not to bring civil war to Myanmar.
After long and arduous discussions, we found an answer in forming a charity that adopts the United Nations “Responsibility to Protect” principle. Through this charity, we shall send basic necessities and humanitarian aid to the regions that are enduring extreme pressure under the military.
Our basic idea is to counter the tactic the rogue military routinely uses, the so-called “four cut” strategy [1] that aims to cut off “food, funds, intelligence and recruits” to anyone who opposes them. In applying the four-cut strategy, the military also cuts off food and other necessities from local populace as a punishment for supporting the resistance fighters [2]. Hence, R2P-MW shall send humanitarian aid and supplies to local populace. The items we send are directed to unarmed citizens regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, and the regional or home location in the case of refugees or internally displaced persons. For en-route protection, we shall request cooperation and assistance from local PDFs and EAOs. We shall hire PMCs for added protection, if necessary.
Any armed personnel acting on behalf of R2P-MW will be specifically instructed to ensure their role is purely defensive. Working in collaboration with local PDFs or EAOs, these armed forces will not initiate or engage in exchange of fire unless attacked.
Once the supplies have reached the destination, we will ensure the distribution is fair and equitable. Safeguards shall be implemented so that the items distributed remain in the hands of the citizens and are not subsequently robbed by the military or their thugs and cronies.

Our Vision
If the United Nations cannot get its act together, we shall bring R2P to Myanmar in our own way.
Our Mission
To provide humanitarian aid and supplies to those and their families harmed by human-rights violations, harassed, held illegally or killed by the illegal and illegitimate military council which staged a coup d'état against Myanmar’s democratically elected parliament on 01 February 2021.
Our supplies shall be protected along the entire delivery route, and be available to those who truly need them regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, location or the place of origin in the case of internally displaced persons (IDP) or refugees.
If necessary, we shall extend protection to post-delivery period to ensure items delivered are not confiscated by the rogue military.

နောက်ခံအကြောင်းအရာ
၂၀၂၁၊ ဖေဖေါ်ဝါရီ (၁)ရက်နေ့တွင် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည့် စစ်တပ်အာဏာသိမ်းပိုက်မှု့ကို တုံ့ပြန်ခြင်းအဖြစ် R2P-Myanmar Way ဆိုသည့် ဤအဖွဲ့အစည်းကြီး ပေါ်ပေါက်လာခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒပြခြင်း၊ အရပ်သားများ ၏ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မဆင်း အာဏာဖီဆန်ခြင်း (CDM-Civil Disobedience Movement) တို့၏အားဖြင့်သာ နိုင်ငံတော်၏အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာကို ဆုပ်ကိုင်ရယူရန် ကြိုးစားနေသည့် အာဏာသိမ်း စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်များ ကို ဖြုတ်ချနိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မယုံကြည်သော ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများရောက် မြန်မာများက အစပျိုး ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်သည်။
အချိန်ကြာမြင့်စွာ အပြင်းအထန်၊အကြိတ်အနယ်ဆွေးနွေးမှု့များစွာပြုလုပ်ပြီး နောက်ဆုံးတွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ၏ ကာကွယ်ရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည် (Responsible to Protect) လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းကို အခြေခံပြီး ဆီလျော်အောင် ပြင်ဆင်ထား သော ပရဟိတအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုကို ဖွဲ့စည်းရန် ဆုံးဖြတ်ကြသည်။ စစ်တပ်၏ လွန်စွာပြင်းထန်သော ဖိနှိပ်မှု့အောက်တွင် အလူးအလဲ ခံစားနေကြရသည့် ဒေသများသို့ အခြေခံ လိုအပ်ချက်များ နှင့် လူသားခြင်း စာနာမှု့ အကူအညီများကို ထိုပရဟိတအဖွဲ့အစည်းအားဖြင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရန်ဖြစ်သည်။
ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်သော ဤစစ်တပ်သည် ဖြတ်၄ဖြတ်နည်းဗျူဟာကို ကျင့်သုံးလေ့ ရှိသည်။ ၎င်းတို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်သူများကို ထောက်ပံ့သော စားနပ်ရိက္ခာနှင့် ငွေကြေး၊ ထောက်လှမ်းရေးနှင့် တပ်သားသစ် စုဆောင်းရေးတို့ကို ဖြတ်တောက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ၎င်းတို့၏ ဤ ဖြတ်၄ဖြတ်နည်းဗျူဟာကို ဆန့်ကျင်ရန် မှာ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အဓိက အစီအစဉ် ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် စစ်တပ်သည် ၎င်းတို့ကိုဆန့်ကျင်သည့် တော်လှန်ရေးသမားများကို ထောက်ပံ့နေသည့် ဒေသခံပြည်သူလူထုများ၏ အစားအစာနှင့် အခြား လိုအပ်ချက်များကိုပါ ပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးသည့်အနေဖြင့် ဖြတ်တောက် လေ့ ရှိသည်။
ထို့အတွက်ကြောင့် R2P-MW မှ လူသားခြင်း စာနာမှု့ အကူအညီများနှင့် အခြားအထောက်အပံ့ ပစ္စည်းများ ကို ဒေသအတွင်းရှိ ပြည်သူလူထုများထံသို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ မည်သည့် တိုင်းရင်းသား အနွယ်ဖွား မဆို၊ လူမျိုးမရွေး၊ ကိုးကွယ်သည့် ဘာသာမရွေး၊ နေထိုင်ရာဒေသမရွေး နေရာ ရွေ့ပြောင်း ဒုက္ခသည်များနှင့် နိုင်ငံရေး ခိုလှုံသူများဖြစ်ကြသော လက်နက်မဲ့ ပြည်သူပြည်သားများထံသို့ တိုက်ရိုက်ပို့ဆောင် ပေးမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
R2P-MW ၏ ကိုယ်စား လက်တွေ့အနီးကပ် ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် လက်နက်ကိုင်များကို သယ်ယူ ပို့ဆောင်သော ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ကာကွယ်ရန်အတွက်သာလျင် လက်နက်များကို အသုံးပြုရန် R2P-MW မှ တိကျစွာ ညွှန်ကြားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ပို့ဆောင်သည့်နေရာဒေသသို့ ထောက်ပံ့ပစ္စည်းများ ရောက်သည်နှင့်တပြိုင်နက် တရားနည်းလမ်းကျ ပြည်သူ များကို မျှတစွာခွဲဝေပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးသည့် ပစ္စည်းများအားလုံး ပြည်သူလူထု၏ လက်အတွင်းသို့သာ ရောက်ရှိရန်နှင့်၊ စစ်တပ် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသော လူရမ်းကားများ နှင့် စစ်တပ်ထောက်ခံသူများက လုယက်ခြင်း မရှိစေရန်ကိုလည်း ကာကွယ်ပေးမည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ထင်မြင်ယူဆချက်
ကုလသမဂ္ဂအနေဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့် တာဝန်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်မပေးပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် နည်းလမ်း ဖြင့် မြန်မာပြည်တွင်းသို့ R2P ကို ပို့ဆောင်စေလွှတ်မည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်
ဒီမိုကရေစီနည်းလမ်းဖြင့် ပြည်သူမှရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ထားခဲ့သည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လွှတ်တော်ကို ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ၊ ၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် အာဏာသိမ်းရယူခဲ့သည့် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ တရားနည်းလမ်း ကင်းမဲ့စွာဖြင့် အန္တာရယ်ပြုခြင်းခံရသူများ၊ အနှောင့်အယှက်ပြုခြင်းခံရသူများ (တနည်း) ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း ခံထားရသူများအတွက် လူသားခြင်း စာနာမှု့ အကူအညီများနှင့် အထောက်အပံ့များကို ပေးအပ်သွားရန် ဖြစ် သည်။
မည်သည့်မူရင်းနေရာမှ မဆို၊ မည်သည့်လူမျိုး မဆို၊ မည်သည့် တိုင်းရင်း သား အနွယ်ဖွားဖြစ်စေ၊မည်သည့် ဘာသာကို ကိုးကွယ်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အမျိုး သာသာ သာသနာမရွေး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းမှ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းဒုက္ခ သည်များ နှင့် နိုင်ငံရေး ဒုက္ခသည်များအတွက် အမှန်တကယ်လိုအပ်နေသော အကူအညီများ နှင့် အထောက် အပံ့များကို သယ်ဆောင်ရာ လမ်းခရီးတလျောက် (ခရီးစဉ်အစမှ အဆုံး) တွင် မည်သူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ကမျှ နှောင့်ယှက်ဖျက်စီးခြင်း မပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကာကွယ်သွားမည်။
လိုအပ်လာပါက ပို့ဆောင်ပြီး နောက်ပိုင်းကာလတွင်လည်း ထောက်ပံ့ပစ္စည်းများကို ရက်စက် ကြမ်းကြုတ် သော စစ်တပ်မှ ဝင်ရောက် သိမ်းယူခြင်းမရှိစေရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ က ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ပေးမည်။
