Our Mission

To provide humanitarian aid and supplies to those and their families harmed by human-rights violations, harassed, held illegally or killed by the illegal and illegitimate military council which staged a coup d'état against Myanmar’s democratically elected parliament on 01 February 2021.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်

ဒီမိုကရေစီနည်းလမ်းဖြင့် ပြည်သူမှရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ထားခဲ့သည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လွှတ်တော်ကို ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ၊ ၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် အာဏာသိမ်းရယူခဲ့သည့် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ တရားနည်းလမ်း ကင်းမဲ့စွာဖြင့် အန္တာရယ်ပြုခြင်းခံရသူများ၊ အနှောင့်အယှက်ပြုခြင်းခံရသူများ သို့မဟုတ်ပါက ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း ခံထားရသူများအတွက် လူသားခြင်း စာနာမှု့ အကူအညီများနှင့် အထောက်အပံ့များကို ပေးအပ်သွားရန် ဖြစ် သည်။

Our Aim

To protect all donated supplies along the entire delivery route and make them available to those benefactors who truly need them regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, location or place of origin in the case of internally displaced persons (IDP) or refugees.  If necessary, we will extend protection for post-delivery periods to ensure that the rogue military does not confiscate the delivered items.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းမှ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းဒုက္ခသည်များ နှင့် နိုင်ငံရေး ဒုက္ခသည်များ (မူရင်းနေရာမရွေး၊ လူမျိူမရွေး ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားမရွေး ၊ ကိုးကွယ်သည့် ဘာသာမရွေး) အားလုံးအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်သည်။ အမှန်တကယ် လိုအပ် နေသော အကူအညီများနှင့် အထောက်အပံ့များကို သယ်ဆောင်ရာ လမ်းခရီးတစ်လျောက် ခရီးစဉ် အစ အဆုံးတွင် မည်သူတစ်ဦးတ‌စ်ယောက်ကမျှ နှောင့်ယှက်ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်း မပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကာကွယ် သွားမည်။

Our Pledge

To ease camp-interned IDP’s and refugees’ suffering, R2P-MW (Responsibility to Protect – Myanmar Way) will plan and deliver basic necessities and humanitarian supplies. In doing so, we know it is possible that such humanitarian shipments could be confiscated by the military. Accordingly, armed guards will accompany our shipments to ensure that they reach the intended destinations.  To this end, we envisage requesting safe passage and assistance from local Peoples' Defense Forces (PDF) and Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAO).  If necessary, we will hire Private Military Contractors (PMC) to accompany the supplies from port-of-entry to the final destination. We pledge that those acting on behalf of R2P-MW will operate in a way similar to a United Nations peacekeeping force. They shall not initiate an armed conflict except in self-defense.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ သစ္စာအဓိဌာန်

ရွှေ့ပြောင်းစခန်းများတွင် ရောက်ရှိနေကြသည့် ဒုက္ခသည်များ နှင့် နိုင်ငံရေး ဒုက္ခသည်များ၏ ခံစားနေကြရ သော ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲခြင်းများ လျော့ပါးသွားစေရန်အလို့ငှာ အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် လူသားခြင်း စာနာမှု့ အကူအညီ အထောက်အပံ့များကို သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့မှ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။ ယင်းကဲ့သို့ ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် အထောက်အပံ့ ပစ္စည်းများကို စစ်ကောင်စီမှ သိမ်းယူနိုင်သည့် အလားအလာ ရှိနေကြောင်း ကိုလည်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့မှ သတိချပ်မိပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ရည်ရွယ်ထားသည့်နေရာများသို့ အရောက် အထောက် အပံ့ ပစ္စည်းများကို လက်နက်ကိုင် အစောင့်အကြပ်များဖြင့် ပို့ဆောင်ကောင်းပို့ဆောင်ပါမည်။ ယင်းကဲ့သို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အတွက် ဒေသတွင်း ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့များ (Local PDFs) နှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ (Ethnic Armed Organizations - EAO) တို့၏ အကူအညီနှင့် ကာကွယ် စောင့်ရှောက်မှု့ကို တောင်းခံရန် စိတ်ကူးထားသည်။ လိုအပ်ပါက တင်သွင်းရာ ဝင်ပေါက်မှနေ၍ လိုအပ်သည့် နေရာအထိအရောက် အထောက်အပံ့ ပစ္စည်းများကို အတူတကွ လိုက်ပါစောင့်ရှောက်ရန် ပုဂ္ဂလိက စစ်ဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကန်ထရိုက်တာများ (Private Military Contractors - PMC) ကိုငှားရမ်းပါမည်။ ဤကဲ့သို့ ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးထိန်းသိမ်းမှု့တပ်ဖွဲ့များ၏ လုပ်ထုံး၊ လုပ်နည်းများ အတိုင်း  R2P-MW မှ ပြုလုပ်မည်ကို သစ္စာအဓိဌာန်ပြုပါသည်။ မိမိကိုယ်ကိုကာကွယ်ခြင်းမှတပါး လက်နက်ဖြင့် စတင်တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းကို ပြုလုပ်မည်မဟုတ်။
