How is R2P-MW related to CRPH or NUG?
R2P-MW, a non-profit organization incorporated in the United States, is independent from all other organizations including CRPH (Committee Representing Pyithu Hluttaw) or NUG (National Unity Government) of Myanmar. However, we routinely inform NUG our intentions and upcoming activities so that they have the first-hand information about us instead of hearing from other sources.
Given that Myanmar diasporas have contributed a lot within the last few months, why does R2P-MW need to collect more donations?
The funds that have been raised so far under the flag of CRPH or NUG belong to these organizations and as such these organizations have ultimate control on how the funds are spent. NUG has decided that some activities R2P-MW plans to carry out are not under their jurisdiction and therefore, even if they do provide funding to R2P-MW, it will only be for certain activities. Hence, R2P-MW needs to solicit for more donations.
How can an organization based outside of Myanmar be effective in planning, say, delivery of supplies without knowing on-the-ground situation in Myanmar?
R2P-MW is essentially run by two groups of volunteers. Those who are serving as Directors and Officers are mostly responsible for fundraising. In a sense, what they do is not much different from the fundraising activities many individuals have taken part. There is another group called Strategic Planning Committee, made up of those with military experience and frontline knowledge. That committee makes decisions on where, when and what kind of items be shipped and how the delivery will be protected en route. The name and identity of the members of Strategic Planning Committee are kept secret for obvious security reasons.

CRPH သို့မဟုတ် NUG၏ အလံအောက်တွင် ကောက်ခံရရှိထားသည့် ရံပုံငွေများကို ထိုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများက သာလျင် ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပြီး အဆိုပါ ရံပုံငွေများကို မည်ကဲ့သို့ သုံးစွဲရမည်ကို ထိုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများကသာ ထိန်းချုပ် ကန့်သတ်ထားသည်။ R2P-MW မှ ပြုလုပ်ရန်အစီအစဉ်ချမှတ်ထားသော အချို့သော ဆောင်ရွက်ချက် များသည် NUG ၏ တရားစီရင် ပိုင်ခွင့်အောက်တွင် မရှိပါ။ သို့ရာတွင် အချို့သော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ အတွက်မူ R2P-MW ကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့မှု့ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့အတွက်ကြောင့် လှုဒါန်းငွေကို R2P-MW မှ တောင်းခံရန်လိုအပ်ပါလိမ့်မည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏အပြင်ဘက်တွင် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည့် R2P-MW က မြန်မာပြည်တွင်းရှိ မြေပြင်အခြေအနေကို ကိုယ်တွေ့မသိရှိပါလျက်နှင့် ထောက်ပံ့ရေး ပစ္စည်းများကို သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေး ကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် မည်ကဲ့သို့ ထိရောက်မှု့ရှိအောင် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။
R2P-MW ကို အဓိက ဦးဆောင်နေသည့် ပရဟိတအဖွဲ့ ၂ဖွဲ့ရှိသည့်အနက် ဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် အခြား အရာရှိများ ပါဝင်သည့်အဖွဲ့က ရံပုံငွေကောက်ခံရေးကို အဓိကထား ဆောင်ရွက်ကြသည်။ ရံပုံငွေကောက်ခံ ရရှိ ရန်ကြိုးပမ်းသည့် ၎င်းတို့၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များသည် အခြားသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် ပုံမှန်ပြုလုပ် နေသည်များနှင့် ကွဲပြားခြားနားမှု့မရှိပါ။ သို့ရာတွင် အခြား အဖွဲ့တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် မဟာဗျူဟာ စီမံကိန်း ကော်မတီကိုမူ စစ်ရေးအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများ၊ ရှေ့တန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများနှင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည်။ ထိုကော်မတီမှ မည်သည့်ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစားကို မည်သည့်အခါတွင် မည်သည့်နေရာသို့ ပို့ဆောင်ရမည်ကို ဆုံးဖြတ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် ပို့ဆောင်ရာလမ်းကြောင်းတလျောက်ကို မည်ကဲ့သို့ ကာကွယ်ရမည် ကိုလည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ပေးမည်။ ထိုကော်မတီဝင်များ၏ အမည်နှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်များကိုမူ လုံခြုံရေးအလို့ငှာ လျှို့ဝှက်ထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
